Mother Group Formation and Conduct the Regular Meeting

Women and Child Empowerment: Under the Health and Sanitation Improvement Project, 65 women’s groups have been formed or reformed, organizing 1,465 women. These women hold monthly meetings to discuss health, sanitation, community development, and women’s rights. They analyze their situation, prioritize the tasks to be done, and formulate and implement annual action plans. This has further strengthened their unity, boosted their self-confidence, and successfully brought about change in their homes, families, and communities through women’s leadership.
